As a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 13 years of experience, you will be a valuable addition to our team. Your role will involve partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements, and facilitating the development of solutions from concept to delivery. It is crucial that you possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for continuous learning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Requirements Gathering: Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and reviews - Analysis & Modeling: Creating process flows, use cases, user stories, data models (UML/BPMN), and gap analyses - Solution Design Support: Collaborating closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, review designs, and validate functionality - Documentation: Producing clear and concise artifacts such as requirement specifications, user guides, and release notes - Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between business users, product owners, technical teams, and external partners - Agile Ceremonies: Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives - Quality Assurance: Assisting in defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and supporting UAT - Continuous Improvement: Identifying process improvements and suggesting optimizations The must-have skills and qualifications for this role include: - Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to present complex ideas simply - Documentation: Hands-on experience with requirement specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation - Software Lifecycle: Familiarity with SDLC and release management practices - Attitude & Learning: A quick learner with a growth mindset, a self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities, and a positive, collaborative team player Preferred skills include knowledge of APIs, SQL, domain exposure in e-commerce, finance, CRM, or SaaS environments, and familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart. In addition to technical skills, soft skills and behaviors that are highly valued for this role include curiosity and initiative, attention to detail, effective time management, stakeholder empathy, and critical thinking. You should be eager to ask questions, meticulous in requirement analysis and documentation, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, skilled at building rapport and managing expectations, and willing to challenge assumptions to propose creative solutions.,
