Role & responsibilities: Referral Network Development: Build and maintain a strong database of referring doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners across assigned zones in Bangalore. Relationship Management: Regularly meet, engage, and follow up with existing and potential referral partners to strengthen long-term relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. Proven networking ability, relationship management, and field sales experience. Knowledge of Bangalores medical ecosystem is a must. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced hospital environment Prior experience in oncology, multi-specialty, or diagnostic lab referral sales. Familiarity with CRM tools and hospital MIS systems. Ability to travel extensively within assigned zones.
