Assistant Manager - Referral Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Referral Program Management

• Develop and implement referral marketing initiatives in line with corporate strategy, targeting customer segments and healthcare provider networks.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources through outreach, visits, and engagement events.
• Design and promote referral programs including education campaigns, health camps, CME programs, and wellness activities.

Outreach & Relationship Building

• Act as primary contact for referral partners; ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to promote hospital capabilities and foster new referral channels.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of referral sources and update regularly.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze referral sources and program metrics, generate regular performance reports for management, and present insights for optimization.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities, campaign outcomes, and conversion ratios.

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure all referral marketing activities are compliant with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and referral marketing best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to referral marketing or healthcare.
• Strong relationship building, networking, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
• Local area/geographical knowledge and fluency in local language (if applicable).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
