Home Visit Physiotherapist Only (Fixed Salary) We are hiring a reliable and result-driven physiotherapist for exclusive home visit services. This role demands accountability, independent planning, and patient-focused execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare personalized treatment plans based on patient assessment. Independently schedule and manage daily home visits (minimum 5 patients/day). Ensure patient compliance with Do's and Don'ts related to their condition. Build strong patient rapport and actively seek referrals (referral bonuses apply). Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional ethics throughout the visit schedule. Compensation & Growth: Fixed monthly salary (not tied to visit count). Referral bonus for every successful patient lead. Performance bonus after 3 months, based on outcome and value. Scholarship/Stipend support for higher studies after 8 months of association, subject to performance and course continuity during tenure.
