Your proactive approach will drive patient inflow through effective collaborations and partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining professional connections with nearby healthcare facilities, representing Well Heals in external communications, and educating medical professionals about our advanced therapy programs and patient benefits. You will be instrumental in tracking outreach activities, coordinating with the internal team for seamless patient onboarding, and organizing health camps and clinic tours as needed. Additionally, you will provide monthly performance updates and contribute to the development of marketing strategies for the clinic's growth. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business, with a background in medical representation, healthcare marketing, or hospital liaison roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with fluency in both Tamil and English. The ability to travel locally within the Anna Nagar and surrounding regions, coupled with a self-motivated and target-driven mindset, will be key to success in this position. Moreover, a basic understanding of medical terminology and the ability to articulate the benefits of physiotherapy services convincingly are desired traits.
