Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • The Loyalty & Referral Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with existing customers to build long-term relationships, generate referrals and walk-in.
  • To engage existing customers and drive business.
  • Generate referrals from current customers by utilising the existing database.
  • To achieve sales targets by converting opportunities through cold calling.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to build rapport and encourage referrals or repeat purchases.
  • Promote referral programs and explain incentives to customers effectively.
  • Schedule and confirm walk-in visits or site visits for referred clients or returning customers.
  • Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, referral leads, and follow-up schedules.
  • Work closely with the sales and CRM team to coordinate customer visits, feedback, and deal closures.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent communication and persuasive calling skills
