Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Loyalty & Referral Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with existing customers to build long-term relationships, generate referrals and walk-in.
To engage existing customers and drive business.
Generate referrals from current customers by utilising the existing database.
To achieve sales targets by converting opportunities through cold calling.
Building strong relationships with clients.
Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to build rapport and encourage referrals or repeat purchases.
Promote referral programs and explain incentives to customers effectively.
Schedule and confirm walk-in visits or site visits for referred clients or returning customers.
Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, referral leads, and follow-up schedules.
Work closely with the sales and CRM team to coordinate customer visits, feedback, and deal closures.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate
Excellent communication and persuasive calling skills
