Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning across retail and corporate teams.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checks, and offer roll-out.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all retail showroom positions (Sales Advisors, Store Managers, etc.) and support functions.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate final interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and report regularly to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs, retail hiring drives, and campus recruitment when required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local labor regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of retail recruitment, especially in luxury or premium sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions across multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in premium/luxury retail or watch/jewelry/fashion industries.
  • Exposure to hiring for multi-city retail networks is an added advantage.
