We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our consulting firm, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is capable of balancing multiple client requirements while delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand clients' staffing needs, company culture, and job requirements to effectively tailor recruitment solutions.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and internal databases. Utilize innovative methods to identify top talent that fits both the technical and cultural needs of clients.
Conduct thorough screening of applicants, including interviews, reference checks, skills assessments, and background checks. Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed reports on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing them with market insights, strategic advice on talent acquisition, and high-quality candidates. Ensure clients are satisfied with the recruitment process and candidate selection.
Work towards achieving strict recruitment targets, including the number of placements, client satisfaction ratings, and time-to-fill metrics. Continuously strive to improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to candidate placement, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and candidates. Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends, market salary benchmarks, and competitor activity. Attend networking events and conferences to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity in the company’s CRM system. Regularly report on recruitment progress, challenges, and success stories to management and clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment. Experience working under strict targets and deadlines is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
