Company Description

Starglazze Film and Television Academy offers a variety of comprehensive programs in screen acting, modeling, cinematography, film direction, filmmaking, photography, video editing, and sound engineering. These programs align with both Bollywood and international film industry standards. Additionally, Starglazze provides short courses in screen acting for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, alongside specialized training in areas such as accent coaching, presenting to camera, and improvisation. The academy is dedicated to fostering creative and technical skills, catering to the diverse needs of the entertainment industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles at the academy. The role also involves developing and conducting training programs to onboard new hires effectively while coordinating with different departments to fulfill their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with both candidates and team members.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruiting practices
Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
Excellent Communication skills for building rapport with candidates and internal teams
Experience in Training and onboarding programs
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles in the creative or education sector is an advantage
