Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, references, headhunting, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track progress.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in coordination with the HR team.
  • Manage the onboarding process for selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate data.


Key Skills & Competencies:-

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management tools/ATS.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws (added advantage).


Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment ( must have good stability).
  • Experience in publishing/ed-tech/FMCG/retail industry (preferred but not mandatory).
