Responsibilities- Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources. Source candidates via various methods (like using databases, social media etc.) Conduct screening calls Shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience with strong understanding of the Non IT - BFSI and IT Hiring. Candidate should have good experience in Bulk/volumehiring and have handled multiple positions in limited TAT. Excellent pre-interview and screening skills. Should able to handle complete recruitment life cycle. Experience with job portals, recruitment/candidate management data. Candidates from Recruitment Agency or Consultancy services are highly desirable. Perks and benefits
