Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Non-IT domains, with a focus on mid to senior leadership roles. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a strategic approach to recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
  • Focus on identifying and attracting mid to senior-level candidates, including managers, leaders, and specialised professionals.
  • Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with experience in mid to senior leadership hiring, available to join within 15 days.
  • Proven ability to fill roles in both IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
