HR Executive / Senior Executive

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding.

• Partner with Departments managers to define role requirements, create JDs, and align on hiring strategy.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.

• Work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.

• Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws is a plus.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (depending on role seniority).
