Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Gurgaon The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, interviewing, and coordinating training sessions, as well as maintaining effective communication with potential hires and internal team members.
