Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager- Govt Relationship located in Gurugram. The Manager- Govt Relationship will be responsible for managing relationships with government agencies, planning and implementing strategies for government engagement, conducting policy research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with government officials, monitoring legislative and regulatory frameworks, preparing reports, and representing the company at government meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Relationship management skills, particularly in a government or public affairs context
• Policy research and analysis experience
• Strategic planning and implementation skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and legislative processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
