Operating in the online education and career-services sector, this remote-first team delivers end-to-end student-to-employer placement solutions across India. We run virtual placement drives, employer partnerships, and candidate readiness programs that connect talent with high-growth hiring pipelines.

Primary Job Title:

Recruitment & Placement Executive

Location:

Remote (India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end placement activities for assigned batches: source, screen, prepare, and present candidates to hiring partners while meeting monthly placement SLAs and targets.
  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with employers, hiring managers, and campus partners to create and convert placement opportunities.
  • Coordinate and run virtual placement drives and interviews — schedule panels, manage interview logistics, share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews (mock calls, resume alignment, role briefings, and soft-skills coaching) to maximize conversion and offer-acceptance rates.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in CRM/ATS, produce timely placement reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring funnels.
  • Drive offer negotiation and closure — manage offer letters, follow-ups, joining formalities, and post-offer communication to ensure successful onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent; 1 63 years experience in recruitment, placement coordination, or campus hiring (remote-friendly).
  • Proven track record in employer outreach, candidate sourcing, and closing offers against targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable conducting interviews and client calls across India.
  • Experience with CRM/ATS tools and strong MS Excel/reporting abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with disciplined time management, follow-up cadence, and KPI focus.

Preferred

  • Background in EdTech, training & placement firms, or campus relations teams.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, telecalling sales techniques, and negotiating offers for freshers and early-career professionals.
  • Additional language skills (Hindi / regional languages) to engage pan-India candidate pools.
