deliver outcomes that matter. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition

Manager to help us find and attract the right people


Role Overview

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring efforts across roles in design,

content, strategy, digital marketing, and technology. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers

to define talent needs, refine JDs, and shape an exceptional candidate experience. This is a

role for someone who understands both the art of hiring and the urgency of business — and can

balance both with confidence.


This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore (Monday–Friday), best suited for someone

who enjoys direct team interactions and thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.


Key Responsibilities


Hiring Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with team leads to understand evolving talent needs across functions
  • Prioritize roles based on business urgency and capacity
  • Create hiring roadmaps aligned with quarterly growth plans


Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Own the sourcing strategy across LinkedIn, job boards, references, and alternate channels
  • Maintain a live pipeline of active/passive talent across key roles
  • Evaluate and engage external recruitment partners where needed


Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Drive a fast, clear, and respectful hiring process — from screening to offer
  • Set up structured interview frameworks in line with the Zen values
  • Own all candidate communications and ensure a professional and human experience


Reporting & Metrics

  • Present hiring dashboards and insights to leadership and HR
  • Suggest process improvements based on hiring data and feedback


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in agencies, startups, or marketing/tech ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of hiring for creative, digital, and strategic roles
  • Ability to independently manage 10–15 open roles across levels and departments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and a “find-a-way” attitude
  • Comfortable being in-office and engaging directly with hiring teams daily
