Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing Advisory (B2B & Technology) to lead our advisory practice, drive strategic engagements, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & AdvisoryLead and develop the marketing advisory function for B2B and technology-driven clients, ensuring best-in-class strategic insights and execution.
  • Advise clients on the entire marketing lifecycle—from market research, brand strategy, positioning, content, and demand generation to marketing execution.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking recommendations to clients.
  • Client Engagement & ConsultingPartner with CXOs, CMOs, and senior marketing leaders of global enterprises and high-growth startups to shape their marketing strategy.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Consult on digital transformation in marketing, helping clients optimize their marketing technology stack, data strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership & GrowthBuild, mentor, and lead a team of marketing strategists, consultants, and analysts to deliver high-quality advisory services.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and project execution to drive impact and client success.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Own and drive revenue targets for the marketing advisory practice, ensuring business growth and profitability.
  • Support business development efforts, including pitching to prospective clients, crafting proposals, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across creative, digital, content, and analytics teams to deliver holistic marketing solutions.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or advisory roles, preferably in a marketing agency, consulting firm, or enterprise marketing team.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, positioning, and GTM execution for technology-driven businesses.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and drive performance.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, CMOs, and business leaders) and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in revenue ownership and scaling business functions is a plus.
