Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Manager (Female) – Medical Recruitment We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team, preferably with a background in recruitment consultancy, ideally in the medical or healthcare segment. The candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on medical and healthcare positions. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and databases. Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations. Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff, if applicable. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter, preferably in a recruitment consultancy. Strong understanding of recruitment in the medical/healthcare segment is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and spoken). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Familiarity with recruitment software and job portals is desirable.
