Recruitment Manager

As an Assistant Manager / Manager in Recruiting Operations at TD Newton, you will play a crucial role in the firm's executive search and contingency hiring services for global Banking and Financial Services and Technology Consulting Corporations. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing in 5+ years of experience in direct recruiting, particularly in the Banking or Technology sector. - Handling mid and senior level mandates from global clients, understanding their requirements, identifying suitable candidates, and managing the entire hiring process from search to joining. - Coordinating with Client Recruiter/HR and Business Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Utilizing various search tools such as Job Sites, Social Networking, internal and external Databases, and targeted headhunting to find the right candidates. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems like Taleo is preferred. - Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn about clients" business, technical and functional skills required for different roles, and possessing excellent communication and influencing skills.
