Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in Domestic Recruitment ONLY.


It is for the Internal requirement of V3 and not for the client.


  • Handling End-End Recruitments.
  • Managing stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management, etc.)
  • Should have around 8 - 12 Years of recruitment experience and excellent knowledge of various IT domains.
  • Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Should have experience in Bulk Hiring.
  • Should come up with different recruitment strategies.
  • Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team targets are met
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements related to recruitment and selection
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment systems and databases.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial/Lead role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment platforms
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and metrics.
