Position: Recruitment & Delivery Manager

Location:Kochi / Bangalore / Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients across various industries.
• Strategize and execute talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements with quality and speed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
• Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, performance tracking, and development.
• Act as the key point of contact for client coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of hiring projects.
• Manage vendor partnerships and candidate pipelines effectively.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and executive search roles.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment).
• Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client management and stakeholder handling capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
