Requirements: 1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficient in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS). 4.
