Job Description

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of successful hires. Extensive leadership experience with a focus on team development. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive process improvements.
