Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process within the organization. This role involves developing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best-fit candidates in line with business goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs. Manage and lead the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Design and update job descriptions and job specifications. Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, etc.). Conduct and coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks. Negotiate employment offers and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and other external partners. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies in all hiring activities. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
