### Job Overview
Spaco Work Hubs Pvt Ltd is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead HR and recruitment operations at our Vannarpettai workspace. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in handling recruitment and basic HR functions with a passion for building strong teams.
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Prepare and update job descriptions based on company needs.
- Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Support employee engagement and performance evaluation processes.
- Deliver consistent and efficient recruitment services for internal and external roles.
### Requirements
- Minimum *6 months to 1 year of relevant experience* in recruitment or HR operations.
- Good understanding of hiring processes and local talent markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
