Role Overview We are seeking a Recruitment Manager – Non-IT who will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities across the Gujarat region. The role demands strong leadership, client coordination, and expertise in handling bulk as well as niche hiring. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for Non-IT roles. Handle client requirements, maintain strong relationships, and deliver on hiring targets. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client needs. Lead a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure timely closures. Prepare reports on hiring progress and align with management & clients. Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT domain). Strong understanding of bulk & volume hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in client interaction and coordination is a must.
