We’re rebuilding our core team—and looking for a Recruitment Manager who can lead our hiring engine and help scale our delivery capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead the Full Recruitment Cycle: From understanding client briefs to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.

· Manage Client Mandates: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

· Source Top Talent: Use job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, and innovative methods to build strong pipelines.

· Coordinate Internally: Work closely with the founder, support staff, and freelancers to drive results.

· Build Processes: Improve sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and documentation.

· Track & Report: Maintain updated trackers, share progress reports, and meet defined KPIs (TAT, shortlist ratio, closure ratio).

Who You Are:

· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or startup preferred).

· Strong understanding of hiring for business, sales, operations, and tech roles.

· Excellent communication in English & Hindi, candidate engagement, and time management skills.

· Familiar with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Able to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of outcomes.
