To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and possess at least 8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employer branding. Your background should include leading recruitment efforts and managing large-scale hiring projects, along with proficiency in HRIS, recruitment tools, and analytics platforms. Key skills required for this role include exemplary leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and influence teams effectively.
