Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager (RM) role involves managing recruitment drives across district headquarters to hire and onboard Local Field Associates (LFAs). You will collaborate with branch managers for candidate selection and deployment, while maintaining updated records of recruitment progress and reporting to management. Developing hiring strategies tailored to local requirements and ensuring compliance with HR policies, including background checks and documentation, are also key responsibilities. Your key result areas (KRA) will include timely recruitment of LFAs for deployment to local SBI branches, establishing a database of potential candidates at district headquarters, building relationships with local institutions and recruitment agencies, and ensuring smooth onboarding and handover of LFAs to Operations. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a day shift schedule. A performance bonus is also offered. The job requires a Bachelor's degree, along with 3 years of HR sourcing experience and a total of 5 years of work experience. A Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred. Additionally, a willingness to travel 75% of the time and work in person at the designated location in Rajasthan is required for this role.,
