Role Description:


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Lead located in Bhubaneswar. The Recruitment Lead will oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role will require developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruitment Lead will focus on identifying top talent, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving hiring practices to align with business goals.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and workforce planning
  • Skills in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects within deadlines
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Leadership qualities and experience in guiding and developing recruitment teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or recruitment would be a plus
  • Experience in IT or government recruitment is an added advantage

1. Should have strong leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters.

2. Should be experienced in end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions.

3. Should be skilled in negotiating salaries, benefits, and releasing offer letters independently.

4. Should prepare timely and accurate recruitment analytics and reports.
