Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements
• Implement effective talent acquisition strategies
• This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Identify and develop sourcing pools, ie college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc
• Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment Dashboard

Key Success Factors

• Closing positions within the agreed SLAs
• Optimized cost per hire
• Infant attrition: 0%

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 6 years experience in HR with minimum of 4 years directly handling recruitment
• Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken)

The successful candidate will possess and be able to demonstrate:

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Project and time management skills
• Should have business acumen and strong negotiation skills
• Experience developing and managing a team is preferable
• The ability to manage social media is an added advantage
• Experience in working on an ATS is highly preferable
• Effective analytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand, apply and use a variety of software applications, including sound knowledge of standard computing tools, including Microsoft Office applications, online databases, email, and web-based research tools
