Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality closures.
Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, including technical and non-technical roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.Oversee daily recruitment operations, performance tracking, and process compliance.Drive innovative sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.Analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source efficiency) and share reports with stakeholders.Ensure an excellent candidate experience and smooth coordination between business and HR.Support manpower forecasting and workforce planning initiatives.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a lead/managerial role.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Proven ability to manage targets, deadlines, and team performance.Exposure to IT or consulting industry preferred.Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making.
