Job Title: Recruitment Lead

Location: Chennai (Mylapore)

Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Experience: 4-6 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory:

Excellent Communication
Strong knowledge in Boolean Search and Xray Search in Naukri and LinkedIn.
Team handling experience
Staffing industry background

What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
Hands-on expertise in hiring across all major tech stacks
Proven track record of monthly closures and meeting targets
Excellent sourcing skills across job portals, social platforms & advanced search techniques
Strong communication, stakeholder handling & coordination skills
Ability to thrive in a target-based work environment
Startup experience is a big plus!
Must be comfortable working from office (Mylapore)

What You’ll Do:

Own the full recruitment cycle
Work closely with hiring managers
Source, screen & shortlist top IT talent
Drive closures and maintain consistent performance
Be part of a fast-growing and collaborative team
