Job Title: Recruitment Lead Semiconductor / VLSI Hiring)

Location : Hyderabad

Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM – 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday, Saturday (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Duration : Full Time/ Permanent.

Job Description:

Must Have:

• Own end-to-end hiring for niche semiconductor roles and lead a team of 6–8 recruiters.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery against SLAs (TAT, quality submissions, interviewoffer ratios).
• Proactive sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Provide daily status updates until closure.

• Must-have domain exposure:

   RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), Verification/Validation, Embedded/Firmware, Analog/AMS, EDA tools, UVM, ATPG etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.
• Develop and execute FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Be prepared to resolve any conflicts that arise between stakeholders, whether it's a client’s change in requirements or miscommunication between internal teams.
• Look for opportunities to expand the business with existing clients by identifying new recruitment needs.

Additionally Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior IT Recruiter, specifically in FTE hiring.
• In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Always have a pre-vetted pool of candidates available, so when a requirement comes in, you can react quickly.
