Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as an Account Manager or Lead. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets. Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools. Experience in embedded & semiconductor hiring.
