Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Experience: 8-12 Years Reports To: Head Human Resources Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our hiring initiatives across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and corporate functions. You will play a key role in sourcing high-caliber talent aligned with the specialized demands of the aerospace and defense industry, while strengthening CoreEL’s position as an employer of choice. You will play the role of an individual contributor recruiter as well as manage a team of 2-3 recruiters. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Planning Partner with leadership and BU heads to understand future workforce needs and create hiring roadmaps. Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with CoreEL’s growth trajectory and domain-specific needs. Niche & Technical Hiring Lead recruitment efforts for critical VLSI & embedded systems roles. Build and maintain talent pipelines for both experienced hires and early talent (campus/graduate programs). Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on job design, interview structure, market benchmarking, and selection strategy. Train and guide panel members to ensure a structured, inclusive, and bias-free hiring process. Employer Branding & Campus Connect Promote CoreEL’s brand through campus engagement, hackathons, job fairs, and Aerospace & defense engineering forums. Build relationships with top engineering institutions and specialized defense/technical colleges. Process Excellence & Compliance Enhance recruitment operations using tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics. Ensure compliance with defense sector norms, hiring protocols, and relevant labor laws. Metrics & Reporting Own recruitment KPIs: time to hire, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix, and diversity metrics. Share insights and monthly dashboards with the HR Head and BU heads to drive hiring efficiency and decision-making. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA in HR/Marketing / Engineering degree. 8 -12 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in a technology-driven or engineering company Experience in hiring for niche technical roles in aerospace, embedded systems, electronics manufacturing, or defense domains. Preferably from MSME’s or Indian companies. Proven ability to build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring teams Familiarity with recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and modern hiring practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills Knowledge of defense industry hiring practices, export compliance, and security clearance processes is an advantage Why Join CoreEL?
