Job Description

Position: Recruitment Executive

Dept: HR and Admin

Education: MBA - HR or graduate

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Number of Vacancy – 1

Location – Sanand

Salary Range – Rs. 3.5 lacs to Rs. 4.5 lacs

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels including Job portals, social media professional networks.
  • screen resumes, conduct initial interview and assess candidates’ qualification, skill.
  • Manage Interview process including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams and gathering feedback.
  • Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) to improve efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Training and development - arranging training, coordination with team and HODs, training calendar updates
  • PMS process, following up, updates,
