Role Overview: The HR Manager at Insta Exhibitions Pvt Ltd will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the organization's people strategy. This position requires managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning to ensure a high-performing, motivated, and aligned workforce. Designation – Recruitment / Hiring Manager Location – Manesar Min Experience –5-7 Years Salary – 45000 PM Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and provide regular feedback. HR Policies: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with company HR policies. Workforce Planning: Conduct manpower planning and align HR goals with business needs. Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Skills Required: HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and compliance. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in handling employee grievances. Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office tools. Integrity: High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
