JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Sr. Executive - Lead Generation & Tele calling Company Name - Insta Exhibition (Insta Group) Band - Sr Executive Location - Manesar (Hybrid Work model – WFH & Office) Designation - Sr Executive - Tele-Calling Salary - 35000- 40000 PM Department - Sales Experience - B2B Sales –2 to 4 Years of experience in tele-calling/lead generation Educational Qualification - Graduate degree Job Description: This role will have the following responsibilities. Key Responsibilities (KRA): · B2B - Cold Calling - Make outbound calls from the provided database. · Schedule meetings & follow up with prospects · Maintain lead records · Achieve targets -Meet daily/weekly call targets. · Provide timely feedback to the management on call outcomes, challenges, and opportunities Skills Required: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online research. · Proficiency in English and good communication skills · Excellent computer knowledge · Computer knowledge- MS excel, MS word &PowerPoint Behavioral Qualities Ø Reliability and dependability Ø Maintaining the highest possible skill and productivity levels. Ø Independent and self-motivated, yet also team-oriented Other Details Ø Related industries – Exhibitions, Event management, MICE, Travel / Hotels, Conference organiser, Interior & architectural etc Ø Female Candidate preferred with age 27+ Hybrid Working Model Ø Working Days: o First 4 weeks all days mandatory Work from office o After completing 4 weeks subsequently 2 days per week work from office and remaining days WFH o 2nd & 4th Saturday are off, 1st & 3rd Saturdays are working. Ø Attendance and Reporting: Employees must log attendance and work daily and submit work updates to their managers as per the Organization Policy.
