We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct fieldwork. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit potential clients to promote company products/services. Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service solutions. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily/weekly reports of sales activities and client interactions. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns as required. Key Skills & RequirementsProven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure. Good knowledge of the local market and customer base. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable). Education & Experience Minimum: Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is an advantage). 0–3 years of sales experience preferred, freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
