Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound & inbound calls to prospective clients, explaining immigration services, answering queries, and converting leads into appointments or consultations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of immigration procedures, and the ability to persuade and build trust with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through marketing or online platforms. Explain immigration services and processes related to countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, etc. Understand the client’s profile and suggest suitable immigration programs. Schedule appointments for consultations with immigration consultants. Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and follow-up status. Follow up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes and conversions. Provide accurate information and ensure client satisfaction. Handle basic objections and resolve client queries promptly. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or a customer service role; experience in immigration or education consultancy is an advantage. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English languages. Basic understanding of immigration terms and visa processes (training usually provided). Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Work Environment: Office-based role with a structured call schedule.
