Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound & inbound calls to prospective clients, explaining immigration services, answering queries, and converting leads into appointments or consultations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of immigration procedures, and the ability to persuade and build trust with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through marketing or online platforms. Explain immigration services and processes related to countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, etc. Understand the client’s profile and suggest suitable immigration programs. Schedule appointments for consultations with immigration consultants. Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and follow-up status. Follow up with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes and conversions. Provide accurate information and ensure client satisfaction. Handle basic objections and resolve client queries promptly. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or a customer service role; experience in immigration or education consultancy is an advantage. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English languages. Basic understanding of immigration terms and visa processes (training usually provided). Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Work Environment: Office-based role with a structured call schedule. May involve flexible working hours depending on client time zones. Target-driven and performance-based incentives often provided.

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, address inquiries, and maintain accurate records of conversations. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator with the ability to handle rejections and meet call targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve scripts and strategies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions. Work closely with the sales or customer service team to achieve overall goals. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers are welcome.
