Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Location: Sco No:315, 2nd Floor, Sector 40-D, Chandigarh Job Type: Full-time. Department: Sales / Customer Service. Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, address inquiries, and maintain accurate records of conversations. The ideal candidate should be a good communicator with the ability to handle rejections and meet call targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve scripts and strategies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions. Work closely with the sales or customer service team to achieve overall goals. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers are welcome. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. Ability to persuade and influence others. Basic computer knowledge. Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude. Additional Information: Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday] Incentives: Performance-based incentives and bonuses available.
