Role Overview

partner with recruitment agencies or experienced freelance recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles ranging from entry-level to leadership positions (Developers, Architects, Engineering Managers, CTOs, etc.).
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, assessment, interviews, offer management, and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with the Worko team to understand client requirements, role specifics, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience representing Worko’s brand values.

Who Should Apply

  extensive experience in IT hiring

  for the Indian and/or global market.
• Proven track record sourcing for junior, mid-level, and leadership IT roles (product, services, or startup environments).
• Strong existing database or network of IT professionals (developers, QA, product managers, tech leads, etc.).
• Expertise in using recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Cutshort, Instahyre, etc.) and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Compensation

• No fixed salary.

• Purely performance-driven:

  Revenue share for every successful hire (conversion-based).
• Details of the revenue-sharing structure will be discussed and finalized upon selection.

Engagement Model

• Contractual and flexible engagement—work from your location.
• No exclusivity required; you may work with other clients in parallel unless agreed otherwise.
