Job Description

Recruiter/Sr Recruiter (US Staffing)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Exposure into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS
Domain exposure into BANKING, FINANCIAL, IT, TELECOM, NON-IT.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
Responsible for providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling, networking, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
Interact with the clients and sales onsite (US) as per the need
Negotiation of wages and salary rates with candidates, Perform BGV/Reference Checks
Good domain knowledge in specific vertical/domain (need base SAP, Telecom, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Experience-6 months till 8 yrs.
Graduation Required (B.Tech preferred Or Any technical graduate degree)
Candidates coming with experience into handling direct accounts/ clients/MSP/VMS will be preferred
Preferably should have experience of working with Direct Clients
Should have exposure of working on W2
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be from US recruitment background
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Must be proactive & self-driven.
Must be a quick thinker.
Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Should be well versed with various visas (L1/L2/B1/B2/H1/H4-EAD/TN/GC)
Should be well versed with full recruitment life cycle.
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
