We are hiring for Recruitment Consultant Role, at Bangalore Location Please find the below Job Description for your reference - Technical Recruiter Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Shifts: General Shifts Qualification: Graduates Responsibilities: Proven experience in managing end-to-end C2H recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for contract roles with potential for permanent placement. Skilled in negotiating contract terms, coordinating with clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards throughout the C2H hiring cycle. Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, facilitating smooth transitions from contract to permanent employment. Developing and managing Candidate pool. Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus. Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates. Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates. Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection. Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities. Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback. Client Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times.
