Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions across all levels.
Act as a
strategic partner
to hiring managers, staying current on business and market trends.
Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment strategies, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
Drive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
Ensure
timely job postings
, accurate updates, and effective candidate management through ATS.
Collaborate with fellow recruiters to share talent pools and best practices.
Track, measure, and achieve established metrics related to sourcing, offers, and hires.
Demonstrate ownership in managing candidate pipelines and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.

What Were Looking For

Experience:
2–4 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
Education:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Skills & Attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting ability.
Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
