Job Description

Positions : Technical Recruiter / Product Recruiter

Yrs of Exp : 1 - 4 Yrs

Work Location: Indiranagar (3 Days Mandatory Work From Office)

Education : B Sc Computer Science, BCA, BTech, BE

Skills:

Minimum 1.5 yrs of relevant experience in E2E Recruitment Lifecycle.
Good to have experience in hiring IT Services & Organizations
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
Managing & Delivery for multiple drives (Weekday & Weekend)
Hands-on experience in talent mapping, target sourcing, head hunting
Sourcing through various channels (Should know Portal/Social Media & Headhunting Experience), Candidate Engagement & Processing till Onboard (Should have managed Joiner Renege as well) & should have strong Client Escalation Management Experience.
Individual Contributor: Should have proven track record with referenceable Clients.
Target Driven: Should have achieved a minimum monthly on-board of 4-5 on-boards with Product clients consistently
Data Driven: Should be good in managing excel and should be able to do basic analysis.
Experience in managing or conducting Hackathons/Hackerank/Mettle is an advantage
Should have good knowledge on Niche & Superniche Skills.
