Recruitment Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract of 12 months)
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned functional areas of the business. The role will form part of our Global Talent Acquisition team and will be pivotal in developing our employment brand, talent pipeline as well as taking responsibility for continuing to enhance our direct recruitment model into a business-aligned, value adding function. Beyond recruitment support, the role-holder will add value by participating in group recruitment strategies across the business. This will be achieved through becoming a Valued Business Partner, enhancing our Direct Recruitment model, improving our Quality & Diversity of Hire, ensuring Global Standards are adhered to and seek out Continuous Improvement across the Global Talent Acquisition function.
• Build an effective local employment brand within the APAC market.
• Promote the FNZ brand at university careers fairs when required.
• Assist in building relationships with Key stakeholders at targeted universities.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting of best-in-class talent adhering to FNZ standards.
• Relationship manager between key local stakeholders and Recruitment.
• Screening and assessing candidates to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Leading the high-volume Grad recruitment/Graduate Assessment Centers.
• Undertaking direct sourcing strategies to ensure consistent results and high-quality hires at the lowest possible cost.
• Providing guidance to the business on recruitment market conditions, competitor hiring and compensation information.
• Partnering with senior business leaders to identify, attract and hire “best in class” talent.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment.
• Tracking and reporting recruiting statistics and maintaining our in-house recruiting system with a high level of integrity and accuracy.
• Managing vendor relationships with external recruiting agencies.
• Participating in global recruitment and HR initiatives and promoting leading practices.
• Assist other FNZ Locations with recruiting activities where required.
• Produce KPIs and measures to track levels of recruitment, cost of hire, time to fill and source of hire.
• Minimum 2+ Years experience & bachelor's or master's degree qualified.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Significant experience working as a Recruitment Partner preferably within an in-house recruitment model.
• Experience recruiting within the IT and Finance sector desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as a team to drive an excellent resourcing service to the business.
• Organized and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively.
• Has a high impact as a communicator - verbally, written and in meetings.
• Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve measurable outcomes that improvement business performance.
• Consultative in approach with the gravitas to influence key stakeholders.
• Experienced in building upon and improving existing processes and procedures.
• Able to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive & productive working relationships with colleagues, business leaders, managers and customers.
• Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment.
