Job Title: Recruitment & Client Coordinator Company: Neuraleap Technology Group Location: Remote / Work from Home Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, marketing, customer support, or recruitment coordination Joining: Immediate About the Role: We re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & Client Coordinator to help manage communication between our internal recruiters and external clients. This role involves follow-ups, status updates, documentation, and supporting the recruitment process end-to-end. If you ve worked in B2B customer support, sales, marketing, or recruitment and enjoy working in a people-focused, fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate between recruiters and clients on job openings and hiring updates Communicate offer details, feedback, and updates clearly and professionally Maintain trackers and status sheets for ongoing requirements Schedule interviews and follow up on joining formalities Act as a liaison between recruitment and client teams to ensure a smooth process Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, customer support, or recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good with follow-ups, email writing, and basic Excel/Google Sheets Comfortable working in a remote environment Immediate joiners only
