About the Role:

Recruitment Operations


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Delivery Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining follow-up.
  • Analyze open positions, understand client requirements, and deliver candidates within defined TATs.
  • Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, headhunting, and internal databases.
  • Ensure quality of hires, especially for mid to senior-level technical roles across core industries.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and handle documentation and compliance.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts across core sectors.
  • Engage with HRBPs, department heads, and business heads to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Drive candidate experience and build long-term client relationships through timely delivery and communication.
  • Track performance metrics, manage SLAs, and ensure client satisfaction.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in Eastern and Northern regions (Odisha, West Bengal, UP).
  • Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business and new role requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch services, and drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion.

Travel Readiness

  • Be open to traveling to client sites when required for onboarding, relationship building, or understanding role expectations on ground.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate with specialization in HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and client management.
  • Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ATS systems (e.g., SAP HR Utility), and recruitment portals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
  • Prior exposure to large infrastructure or industrial hiring is highly preferred.
